Kreig Smith
Kreig Smith has over twenty years of organization design and alignment experience. As an organization consultant, Kreig assists organizations of all types throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He teaches organization design in various Fortune 100 organizations and is a GE Crotonville-approved instructor. He has significant experience in designing B2B Internet business organizations. Prior to starting his external practice, Kreig served as the director of Business Planning and Organization Design for AT&T Capital Corporation.
Krieg's client list includes Amoco Oil, AT&T Capital, Black & Veatch, Benjamin Moore Paints, The DANNON Company, General Electric, General Mills, Hallmark Cards, Honeywell, New Zealand Telecom, Scotia Bank and University of Pennsylvania Health Systems.
Kreig completed his undergraduate degree in clinical psychology as well as graduate work in Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. Kreig's best friend and partner of twenty-five years is his wife Sherry. They are blessed with four children and an adopted son through marriage. Kreig is an oil painter and enjoys landscape and portrait painting.
