John Fulkerson
John Fulkerson has more than 30 years of global experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams, and global organizations. His experience encompasses a wide range of programs and initiatives in the areas of leadership assessment and development, building high performance cultures, cross-cultural effectiveness, change management, workforce effectiveness, succession planning, executive coaching, 360's, performance management, and group facilitation. A partial list of clients for whom he has consulted include the following: PepsiCo, Frito Lay, Pepsi, Aetna, American Express, Oppenheimer Funds, Textron, Campbell Soup, MassMutual Financial Services, Allied Domencq, Godiva Chocolates, Endurance Services, Heidrick & Struggles, Givaudan, Merck, GenRe, Freddie Mac, AIG, Nokia, Women and Infant's Hospital, Young and Rubicam Advertising, Walker's of the UK, Del Monte Asia Pacific, and Becton Dickinson.
Earlier in his career, John served as Vice President for Leadership Development at PepsiCo; as Vice President for Leadership and Organization Capability at Cisco Systems; and as Vice President for Organization Development at Young & Rubicam. He also has experience as Vice President for Organization Development during the initial turnaround at Kmart as well as with the Young Presidents' Organization. Previously, he was an assessment psychologist responsible for the identification and development of high ability staff officers for the Central Intelligence Agency.
John has extensive international experience and has traveled to more than 60 countries working on leadership and workforce development issues. He is the author of book chapters and articles, and is a featured speaker on leadership and organization effectiveness. He graduated from Texas A & M University with a B.S. in Psychology and also from Baylor University with a Ph.D. in Psychology.
