Reed Deshler
Reed Deshler is an organization design and change management consultant with both corporate and consulting experience. Reed's expertise lies in organization redesign and restructure, change readiness, acquisition integration, strategic planning and change management. Reed has held internal consulting and management positions in both organization design and customer service operations for Humana, a national health insurance firm and Farmland Industries, a large farmer-owned cooperative.
Reed has led organization design initiatives for numerous clients including 3M, General Electric, United Technologies, Honeywell, Benjamin Moore Paints, and McKesson Medication Management. In addition, Reed has provided consulting services for several non-profit clients such as the Association of Public Health Laboratories, the University of Kansas, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy.
Reed holds a B.S. and M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
